H.I.I.T HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of high intensity cardio that involves working in short bursts (intervals) with rests in between. Our HIIT classes can last 30 minutes and are made up of 60 second intervals that alternate between activity and rest time. Session are usually short and intense, making HIIT an ideal option for those who want to work out but have minimal time on their hands.

Aqua Fit Aqua fit is a form of low impact aerobics exercises with strength and conditioning moves carried out in water, to give you a full body workout. These classes are suitable for everyone.

Stretch & Tone Step and tone has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. The moves target your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. They also improve your balance, coordination, agility and is a great way to improve your cardiovascular endurance.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday 2pm until 4pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
