Barton Leisure Centre Gym Refurbishment
On 30th March 2024 MORE Leisure Community Trust took over the management and operation of Ferry Leisure Centre and to kick off this exciting new partnership, we are investing into these fantastic facilities to give our valued members more of the first-class fitness experience they deserve.
The gym will close at 10pm on Sunday 11th August and reopen on Saturday 24th August. During this period our swimming sessions and group exercise sessions will run as normal and our members are able to use the gym facilities at Leys Pool and Leisure Centre or Ferry Leisure Centre for their gym workouts over the course of the gym refurbishment.
There will be a full centre closure on the Thursday 15th and Friday 16th August whilst we have our new reception floor fitted. Our members will be able to use the other facilities for group exercise sessions and swimming on these dates only.
The upgrades to the gym will see an upgraded cardio suite installed, an expanded new free weights area, and a Boditrax system to help you on your fitness journey.
